The following forms contain information and procedures about the subject heading and the application form if required.
Prior to moving large items such as furniture in or out of your apartment please contact the concierge at least 48 hours prior to the move so that your move can be co-ordinated with other residents, assistance be provided on where your removalist truck can park and so that building security can be monitored during the move. To minimise disruption to other residents it is requested that large moves be restricted to 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
The majority of renovations require approval from the Strata Committee prior to the commencement of works. Please note: Painting of internal walls and re-carpeting do not require an application. Prior to commencing any renovations to your apartment please contact Building Management who will meet with you to discuss the renovation and the process to be carried out before proceeding. Please note that the renovation approval process may take several weeks or months depending on the scope of the renovations. The following renovation application form will need to be completed as part of the application process. Owners should also refer to the ‘renovation conditions’ document that will need to be acknowledged prior to the renovation proceeding and the ‘renovations policy’ document that outlines information regarding the process and what is permitted at the building.

All boats berthed at the Marina need to be registered with Building Management by completing the following form: Download Boat Registration Form
